My Mission.

Whoever said “those who can’t do, teach” was unfortunate to have never met a true teacher. The role of a teacher is to inspire curiosity first, and transfer knowledge second. 

Three incredible humans, at different parts of my life, went out of their way to give me the creative freedom and guidance to realize my vision. I am where I am today only because of them. My greatest hope is that I might pass their wisdom, brilliance, and inspiration to the next person(s).

Currently, I act as program director at WDC, where I get to work with remarkable undergraduate students to explore, design, and build their dream careers. For three months, we watch in awe as these students co-design their work content, step into their roles, and build the mindset, skills, and confidence to take control of their lives. 

In addition to my role at WDC, I’ve worked with organizations to design & implement cross-functional mentorship programs, and collaborated with Northeastern University to build an experiential program for their graduate students.

One good mentor can alter the course of a life.

I study how organizations are designed,

from structure of governments to structure of startups and community groups. 

I’m interested in what makes a good leader, what makes a good system. What kind of philosophies make empires seemingly invisible and what policies give power

When I was young, I often wondered about forever. Then I found the voices of past poets and philosophers and artists, and found mine.

When all is said and done, what lives on are our in-between moments and private observations documented day in and day out. In my vanity of vanities, I hope mine will be worthy of forever.

There’s little in life comparable to the witnessing of art take form. We as humans have the power to build movements through the experiences we design and the stories they tell. 

So in my free time, in whatever capacity possible, I strive to create meaningful experiences. Whether it’s publishing the first edition of The Equilibrium Journey, designing a website experience for one of WTA’s brands, building a program at WDC or x622, or brainstorming new products with our design team, I find that amongst life’s finest luxuries is the possibility of designing a space through which one can simultaneously lose & rediscover themselves.
